Whether you are hosting a convention, trade show, corporate training, meetings, or social events, on-site childcare options will increase attendance and customer satisfaction. Our event nannies come ready to entertain kids of all ages with games, music, toys, books, arts and crafts, and so much more! All nannies have passed extensive background checks, are CPR/First Aid certified, and have been special needs awareness trained. We even provide CNAs and one-to-one buddies to accommodate guests with special needs when arrangements are made in advance. Your employees and customers can relax and enjoy your event knowing their children are being cared for and entertained by our staff in a safe and loving environment.
With Munchkins Corporate Care, you can choose only those services you need for your guests. Our customizable packages range from “Nannies Only” to a full set up (including infant care set up, arts and crafts, games, Karaoke, Wii games, and other optional theme activities, face painting artists, bounce house, and more!) Any additional expenses (i.e., for long-distance travel) are disclosed prior to signing your event care contract for services.
Our prices range from $9 -$22 per hour/per child and are customized to fit your budget, based on the number of nannies and the hours that childcare services are needed. We offer discounts when more children attend our event.

Munchkins Corporate Care has dedicated specialists who work directly with your event planner to coordinate with the venue prior to set up. We take care of everything – including setup of rooms, pre-event safety check, and full clean up after the event. We provide a safe check-in/check-out procedure for all children, requiring parents to show ID and sign their child in and out. We also provide you with all the documents in advance so that your attendees can save time at the event by having all the paperwork filled out online prior to the start of the event.
Request a quote today, and a Munchkins Corporate Care Event Specialist will contact you with confirmation of our availability for the date, how many nannies we recommend for the estimated number of children, and the different package options and prices for your event. A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to save the date. The deposit will be applied towards your total childcare costs.
